Dukascopy Tickstory is potentially a great product. For Data export, it should be promising to automatically export in accordance with the date-range that was earlier imported from Dukascopy, in place of having to manually place a start and end-date. For example, if you import from 5 Jan 2011 to 31 Oct 2013 and wish for an export of all that data, the first date and the last date for that imported data should either be put as default, or there should be an choice to decide all that imported data for export.
As well as, I think that there should be another option to prefer MetaTrader 4 directory first, and then that the default directories should be placed to tester/history or whatever directories the .hst and .fxt are stored in.
In addition, a PDF-file with step-by-step instructions should be appreciated. I have done a back test on EURUSD based on the .hst data produced by this software, default settings and spread forced to 0.8 using MT4 – Spread Changer, and the result was:
– Modeling value: N/A
– Incompatible charts error: 0
The modeling value should have been 99%.
